Aussiedivorce.com.au may send you an email asking you to complete a short survey about your level of satisfaction with your lawyer or law firm. If you complete and submit the survey, Aussiedivorce.com.au will provide feedback to the lawyer or law firm based on the results of your survey.
Aussiedivorce.com.au may contact you before providing feedback to the lawyer or law firm for more details regarding your survey responses. Aussiedivorce reserves the right in its absolute discretion to accept or reject any feedback you provide (or whether to provide the same to the lawyer) to ensure that the feedback is objective.
Aussiedivorce.com.au does not suggest that the lawyers or law firms suggested in its search results are the only ones competent to act on your matter.
Aussiedivorce.com.au does not accept any liability for the work carried out by any of the lawyers or law firms suggested in its search results. While Aussiedivorce.com.au uses its best efforts to ensure that the lawyers and law firms suggested in its search results are competent family lawyers, it is up to you to ensure that you are happy that the lawyer or law firm you choose to act for you is the right one for you.
Aussiedivorce.com.au is not bound to act as a mediator or as an arbitrator in any dispute which may arise between you and a lawyer or law firm chosen by you through your use of the Aussie Divorce Lawyer Selection Assistant.
