Before joining Hartleys Lawyers, Nicci practiced as a Duty Lawyer for Victoria Legal Aid at Frankston, Dandenong, Melbourne and Moorabbin Courts.
Nicci practices in both Criminal Law and Family Law matters (including Children’s matters, Property matters, Intervention Orders and Wills and Estates). Nicci appears regularly at the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court.
Nicci is available for interviews at our Sunshine and Fitzroy offices for private and legally aided clients.
Sonia is an experienced advocate and appears regularly at the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court of Australia and Magistrates’ Courts. She is often briefed by the firm’s more junior solicitors in complex family law matters.
Sonia’s practice focuses primarily on Family Law and Advocacy; however she also practices in Criminal Law, VOCAT and Deceased Estates. Her Family Law practice includes all Children’s matters, Property matters (both married and de facto property), Spousal Maintenance and Divorce.
Sonia is currently taking private appointments at our Melbourne CBD and Sunshine offices.
Nicole joined Hartleys Lawyers in 2011 after completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute the same year.
Nicole has conducted complex Family Law matters including De facto property jurisdictional matters, International child abduction and complicated Property matters.
Nicole appears regularly as an advocate at the Federal Circuit Court and local and country Magistrates’ Courts.
Alexandra joined the Hartleys team in early 2016 and brings enthusiasm and passion in practicing law. Alexandra graduated in 2009 from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology and Socio –Legal studies and a Diploma in Music (Practical) majoring in Saxophone. Alexandra went on to complete the Juris Doctor Program with Honours at Monash University. Alexandra completed her one year traineeship at Slater and Gordon before moving on to a small suburban law firm working in general practice.
Stephen joined the Hartleys team in 2016, after being admitted to practice in 2015. Stephen completed a double degree Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University in 2014. Shortly after, Stephen completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
