Pippa Colman
The Founding Director of Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice, was admitted in February 1979. She became a Family Law Accredited Specialist in 1997 and is also a mediator and arbitrator. Pippa has worked in every aspect of Family Law, including Property, Children, Spousal Maintenance, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Binding Financial Agreements and Hague Applications.
She has appeared as an advocate in the Magistrates Court, District Court & Supreme Court of Queensland, and in the Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Pippa has been presenting for providers of Continuing Professional Development since the 1980s. She is passionate about Family Law and continuing education and mentoring younger practitioners
Courtenay Ulyate
Courtenay is a director of Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice. Courtenay joined Pippa Colman and Associates when he moved to the Sunshine Coast. Before migrating to Australia, he has run his own practice in Cape Town (South Africa) since 1998 and prior to that he was a partner in a large law firm. He has been practicing law for more than 20 years which have included many areas of law.
Sarah Quilliam
Sarah is a director of Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice. She was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand and as a Solicitor in Australia in 2010. Sarah is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and joined Pippa Colman & Associates as a Solicitor in March 2015.
Sarah has practiced in Family Law almost exclusively since the beginning of 2011 and is committed to helping clients resolve their matter in the swiftest and most cost effective way. Sarah is able to assist with all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, parenting matters, financial matters, Binding Financial Agreements, child maintenance and domestic/family violence
