Pippa Colman is a solicitor and the principal of Pippa Colman & Associates. Pippa is proud to be a lawyer and mediator. Courtenay Ulyate

Courtenay Ulyate

Courtenay joined Pippa Colman and Associates when he recently moved to the Sunshine Coast. Before migrating to Australia, he has run his own practice in Cape Town (South Africa) since 1998 and prior to that he was a partner in a large law firm. He has been practicing law for more than 20 years which have included many areas of law.

Admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand and as a Solicitor in Australia in 2010.
Accredited Specialist Family Law.

Sarah joined Pippa Colman & Associates as a Solicitor in March 2015.

Sarah has practiced in Family Law almost exclusively since the beginning of 2011 and is committed to helping clients resolve their matter in the swiftest and most cost effective way. Sarah is able to assist with all aspects of family law, including separation, divorce, parenting matters, financial matters, Binding Financial Agreements, child maintenance and domestic/family violence.

Brent Goodingham

Brent joined the firm when he moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2005, after having spent nearly three decades running a successful country practice in Kingaroy. His experience in family law and life in general, has equipped Brent with the knowledge and empathy to understand and help clients when they need it the most - dealing with a family breakdown. He is happy to share his wealth of knowledge with our other solicitors and is osught out by them to help with their ongoing mentoring. Michelle Richardson

Michelle Richardson

Admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2014. Michelle has had a variety in roles in law, having begun her legalcareer as a secretary/paralegal before commencing her law degree. During her career, Michelle has worked in most areas of law. Family law has always been her preferred area to practice in. Michelle relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Townsville to join the firm, where she works with Pippa on a range of family law matters as well as Wills and Estates matters. Michelle's passion is to assist clients through highly emotional and stressful times to reach a positive and amicable resolution.
Kirsty Mackie

Kirsty Mackie

Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 2008 Kirsty has practised in the areas of Family Law, Domestic Violence and Elder Law since admission primarily in Brisbane within the community legal sector. Apart from working at Pippa Colman & Associates Law Practice, Kirsty works as a Lecturer in Law for the University of the Sunshine Coast and coordinates their clinical legal practice program at the Suncoast Community Legal Centre. Kirsty is Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Elder Law Committee and was recently elected as a Councillor on the Queensland Law Society Council for 2018-2019. Her particular areas of interest are Elder and Family Law. Kirsty is a passionate advocate for her clients and works hard to achieve a positive outcome on their behalf.
