She strives to achieve the best possible outcome and sustains the confidence and trust of clients consistently keeping them informed at every stage of negotiations and the court process.
Alison understands that there is time to mediate and a time to litigate. She has over 10 years’ experience as a Family Lawyer and has worked on an array of matters including complex parenting matters where there are significant issues of abuse, to high net worth clients, one case in particular the asset pool was valued at over $1 billion.
Bree has a long held passion for family law, as she believes the law can be a mechanism to achieve positive and just change and resolutions for her clients. The diligence Bree puts into her work ensures she is always has a comprehensive understanding of the law and will be striving to achieve their goals, both efficiently and cost effectively.
Karen has a particular interest in dealing with complex parenting matters that involve mental health or addiction issues, relocation of children and child support agreements. She is routinely deals with self-employed clients or matters involving family businesses. Her empathetic but pragmatic approach often results in efficiently negotiated settlements which minimise her client’s legal fees.
Natasha completed her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney. She has long held a strong passion for family law, and believes that the law can be used to achieve positive resolutions for her clients. When working with clients, Natasha shows compassion and first seeks to understand what is important to her clients, then looks for legal solutions that will best suit them
Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong. Kate came to us from a regional general practice firm where she gained experience in family law, conveyancing, crime, wills and estates.
Felicity has a particular interest in cases that involving allegations of domestic violence, including violence against children and issues of mental health. Her clinical background and medical knowledge provide her with a forensic advantage and greater insight in relation to the issues these clients face.
