Our family law team is headed by accredited specialists Donal Minehan and Kylie Holmes. Together they have had over 40 years' experience in advising clients about family law issues.

Donal and Kylie encourage their clients to attempt to solve family law disputes by negotiation and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation. Donal Minehan
Donal has many years of general legal experience with a strong focus in the litigation area. He has been involved in family law for thirty plus years and in 1992 became a Family Law Accredited Specialist. As the supervising principal of our Family Law area, Donal regularly appears in the Family Court, and in the Supreme and District Court for de-facto relationship matters. He can advise in all areas of family law, including property disputes and is a qualified mediator. He also practises Collaborative Law and is a member of the Southern Sydney Collaborative Law Group.
Jodie Mayoh
Jodie joined MCW in June 2010 as a paralegal in the family law team while she completed her studies at the University of Wollongong. In July 2011 Jodie graduated and was awarded a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce. Shortly thereafter Jodie completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in October 2011
Kylie Holmes
Kylie became a Family Law Accredited Specialist in 1999 and a principal of the firm in July 2004. Kylie has worked for Sydney law firms gaining significant experience in both financial and children's matters. She also practises Collaborative Law and is a member of the Southern Sydney Collaborative Law Group.
