You can walk, meditate, jog or just sit in the park. nothing like Mother Nature to provide you will a little TLC. If you prefer the night time, do a bit of stargazing, anything to take your mind off of the stress involved in a messy divorce.
I love reading and find absorbing myself into a good book as the ultimate stress reliever. I love reading in the bath as no one can bother me and I am totally oblivious to the world and its problems. Reading good books will keep your mind focused on you and not on your ex.
If you have kids or pets, grab them and a quick snuggle. There is nothing like the warmth of child or pet to give you huge doses of comfort. Both children and pets love you unconditionally and perhaps that is what you need right about now.
